Do not choose this place! Complete waste of my time. I thought i had an appt at the old court Street downtown Cincinnati address. The reputation was good & location was ideal so i choose their company and waited a few days, changing my travel plans to accommodate their availability. They never picked up the glass, a tech called off, and then they told me they could get it done if i drove to Sharonville! After arriving and waiting for tech to return with the windshield, they told me the glass was broken and could get it ordered for a week away! I am so disappointed. This was a terrible waste of my time!
